Inactivating a Third Party Plan
A Third Party plan can be Inactivated on a Patient Folder. The Third Party information remains in the Third Party tab but does not appear in Rx Detail. Prescriptions are not processed through Inactivated plans.
To Inactivate a Third Party, clear the Active checkbox for that Third Party.
